How can I change or cancel my hotel reservation?
The hotel reservation can be changed or cancelled according to the rules of the visible structure on the hotel page. Cancellation or modification of a hotel reservation may be subject to a fine in the form of payment of the amount equivalent to one overnight in case the cancellation of reservation is not done within a specified number of days before the date of scheduled arrival.
If you are a registered user of the page "Boroughs’ Friends" information on cancellation policy is always available on the website while booking or on the page where your itinerary is described once the reservation is made. To cancel a hotel reservation you should go on the page "Boroughs’ Friends" and click on "My Itineraries" and open the corresponded route. Click on Cancel this reservation and check the details on refunds and penalties.

How can I know if my booking is confirmed?
As soon As you you finish four steps of the booking process you should click on “Book”. Then you will see a confirmation page with a booking number and PNR code. At that point your reservation will be confirmed.
Please write down or print that information. You will be sent the confirmation to the email address you provided while booking.
How can I be sure that I purchased my trip?
After your reservation is made the system automatically will send you the confirmation which once printed will be your proof of purchase and a voucher for a hotel administration.
If you need a copy of your proof of purchase you can send an email request to our customer service customerservice@borghitravel.com indicating a name and a surname. We will send it to your by e-mail.
If I decide to cancel my itinerary or tour package or tour how can I get reimbursement?
Reimbursement is made directly to the credit card you used at the time of booking taking into consideration the penalties if necessary.
If you are subscribed on the page "Boroughs’ Friends " no penalties will be applied.
Do I have to pay a fee for reservation?
No, the reservation doesn’t require any commission
