- fino a 30 giorni dall’arrivo nessuna penale;
- da 30 a 15 giorni dall’arrivo il 30% del totale della prenotazione;
- da 15 a 7 giorni dall’arrivo il 50% del totale della prenotazione;
- da 7 a 1 giorno dall’arrivo il 70% del totale della prenotazione;
- lo stesso giorno o in caso o non venga comunicata la cancellazione della prenotazione stessa (no-show), il 100%.
