A piece of past rises again from the restoration of an old rural village of 1614 and 1789: the Country House Podere Lacaioli I.
The farmhouses, recovered from a state of disuse, have been completely restored observing the building architecture of the period, therefore keeping all those little details that bring us back in time: natural wood roof beams, stones, doors, niches and archs.
Ideal holiday for who loves observing nature, listening the quiet, breathing pure air and to forget the busy city rhythm, discovering again the pleasure of living in the countryside.
The flats are named like some of the birds of the Park of Trasimeno Lake, they are independent and ideal to spend a holiday surrounded by green, evocate power of a place where nature offers its fruits and colours.
The flats are equipped with a big and comfortable swimming pool (length m.14, width m. 6 and depth m. 1,10-2,00), and of a little pool for children (length m. 5,50, width m. 5 and depth m. 0,50).
A little path links the structure to the nearby shores of the Lake, in the heart of the Park, where provided with a spy-glass, you can observe, close up, permanent and migratory game.
The restaurant, on the ground floor, is placed inside old restored cowsheds, barns and cellars, where wooden roof beams, big arches of bricks and niches are evident of the architecture of a distant past.
In the big fireplace of the main room are cooked and served, under your eyes, just grilled courses
